#frustration Have you ever gotten mad or frustrated at a colleague? Friend? Loved-one? It probably has more to do with you than them!

You've gotta prime yourself for #empathy and #patience, and that takes a lot of energy. If you're ever feeling a heightened emotion triggered by someone or something, just HALT.

Check in with yourself and see if you are:
Hungry
Angry
Lonely
Tired

Any one (or combination of) these things can throw you off your game. Instead of getting into a fight or spinning your wheels by thinking about something over and over, deal with your self care. Eat something, take a nap, talk with a friend...

Get back into a primed state so that you can take the world on!
