I'm a Fake

Have you ever had the feeling that you don't know what you're doing and you're gonna be found out to be a FAKE?!

I recently applied for a #management position, and I'm TERRIFIED.

...Terrified that I'm not good enough to get an interview.

...Terrified that I might actually get the position and not know what I'm doing!

#Growth comes in the moments where you're out of your element and uncomfortable.

And there are always experiences from your past you can rely on to navigate these moments.

Although I don't have a lot of formal management experience, I've been an informal leader since elementary school, and I feel confident I'm a legitimate candidate.

What have you been avoiding because you "don't have" the skillset?
Cause you're not "good enough"?
Cause there are "other" people that can do it better?

Are you hiding behind excuses?

What if you try and fail...?

You'll learn and grow!
MAYBE it's time to put your hand up and try!
