Hustle your #network. You are connected to so many people that can help you! Use that to you advantage. Get introduced to the right people.

LinkedIn has an awesome feature that lets you see how you are #connected to a company. When a job posting comes up, immediately start looking at who you know in that company, or how you can get introduced to someone that works there.

Grab a coffee and have an "information interview". Get to know the company #culture and #values. This will help you target your application, and potentially get a reference.

You'll also be expanding your network, which is always good. Make sure to add value to the people you meet with, and look for ways you can help them down the line.
