How to Prep for an Interview

#Interviews can be intimidating. There is a lot riding on a one hour meeting with someone...

The best way to be prepared but still be genuine is to have candid conversations with your friends beforehand. Discuss the concepts of leadership, time management, critical thinking, collaboration... What works? What doesn't? How do you approach it? This will help you find your voice and feel comfortable speaking about the concepts with others.

Think about 5 or 6 "stories" that you can then use to highlight your #skills, show your knowledge of the concepts and how you acted in real life.

DO NOT rehearse. You'll come off is insincere and robotic. Your interviewers want to have a conversation with you, not hear a monologue.
